One of the major issues faced while travelling as a wheelchair user has always been carrying luggage. With limited capacity for balancing bags on your lap and your hands occupied by wheeling it is quite the struggle when travelling alone.
The Ovis by Forward X aims to solve this by following you. It has sensors and cameras to help it track you as well as avoiding other people and obstacles. If it gets too far from you, it will send a notification to a wristband that will vibrate to notify you.
The Ovis has a range of a little over 12 miles, a maximum speed of 6.2 mph, and a USB charging port.
It should retail for around $800 when it is released.
